Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your package to request a return or exchange.  

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased from our website may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of order (the date of your order will be found on 'Your Receipt', which is emailed to you after your completed order is received by us). Unfortunately, an exchange cannot be processed by post.


EXCLUSIONS:
Jewellery & Make Up 
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewelleries are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. This exclusion arises from a Health and Safety consideration and to prevent the spread of infections. This exclusion is in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers.


Personalised Jewellery
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way. 

We are pleased to offer our Exchange Policy in addition to your statutory rights.

REFUND POLICY

Items purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 15 days from the date of dispatch and the item is unworn and in resaleable condition (for your dispatch date please check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).

To request a refund:

  1. Sign In and visit our Contact Us page
  2. Select ‘Request a Refund’ and choose the Order Number for the item you wish to return (for your Order Number please check your Delivery Note)
  3. Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box
  4. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.

For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items for us to process an exchange or refund.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at balibeachfashion@gmail.com and send your item to: Bali Beach Fashion , tree House w10 4EL , London , W10 4EL, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
